Everything was great, the place was very clean and very simple. Not a lot of stuff for kids to break. Great location next to the Wawa and the bars. Would love to rent again next year.

Loved the location and layout of the home, but unfortunately the cleanliness was very disappointing. We paid a 180 cleaning fee, yet arrived to spills down the kitchen trash cabinet and cabinets near the dishwasher and sink, used coffee grounds still in the coffee pot, sandy floors, dried food on both frying pans, a full dishwasher, and a full dryer lint trap. Several glasses were chipped/broken and had been put back in the cabinet. The fire alarm was pulled out of the ceiling and the screen door to the deck was bent.Most of the towels were extremely small, with only three normal bath towels, so we had to do laundry daily. We also bought bagels only to discover there was no toaster.I texted the owner when we arrived and sent photos. His only response was, “Noted, I’ll address it with them,” with no apology or attempt to remedy anything.We stayed only four nights, paid over 4,000, and had to be out by 10 a.m. so the “cleaning crew” could come in. The home has potential and we loved the location, but at this price point I expect a property to be thoroughly cleaned and ready for guests. Unfortunately, it kind of grossed us all out. Definitely overpaid for this one.
