The property is obviously older and just recently taken over by new owners who are putting in the work to bring it up to a standard. They were pleasant and accommodating and had the property clean and nice, albeit dated. On Expedia, however, it is listed as a VRBO where you get the “whole house” which includes “Bedroom 1” and “Bedroom 2”. The hotel was 45 minutes out of the way for me on a 3-day trip, but I did the driving so I could better accommodate my wife and children, but it ended up being just a regular dated (but clean) hotel room. I resented the 45 minute drive out to Scipio because of the inaccurate listing. If you need to be in Scipio or nearby, its just fine an a decent value, but you won’t be getting 2 bedrooms.
