Ferienwohnung Cataleya Schönberg Holm is a bright, freshly updated holiday apartment (renovated in 2025) in a well-kept holiday complex, ideal for couples, small families and active coastal explorers. With 41 m², 2 rooms and sleeping space for up to 4 guests, it offers a smart layout on the 1st floor—easy to reach by lift—and combines comfort with an excellent location close to the sea. The sandy beach is about 250 m away, while the waterline is already around 150 m, so spontaneous beach walks and sunset moments are always within easy reach. A private, free parking space is available (1 spot), and contactless check-in/out makes arrival simple and flexible. Please note: youth groups are not allowed.

Inside, you’ll find a cosy living area with a sofa corner, laminate flooring and a large satellite TV (44–55"). A HiFi system provides the right soundtrack for relaxed evenings, while the open-plan kitchen flows naturally into the living space—perfect for cooking and spending time together. The kitchen is well equipped with a Ceran hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, and plenty of kitchen utensils, dishes and cutlery. Coffee lovers can choose between a classic coffee machine and a Senseo espresso machine; an initial set-up and tea towels are provided for an easy start.

The apartment includes 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The bathroom features a shower with bathtub, WC, washbasin, warm water, hairdryer and a cosmetic mirror. Practical details such as wardrobe space, chest of drawers, shoe cabinet, mirror, drying rack, vacuum cleaner, waste bins, and privacy blinds on all windows add to a tidy, comfortable stay in every season, supported by electric heating and smoke detectors.

Cataleya is an excellent base for a varied Baltic Sea holiday: restaurants are only about 200 m away, shopping options around 800 m, and public transport about 500 m. The setting in a bay and the good landscape view create a pleasant coastal atmosphere. Families with children and even babies are welcome, and one pet may join you (max. 1). Whether you come for swimming, cycling, sailing, surfing and windsurfing, fishing, jogging and Nordic walking, or for culture, museums, theatres and festivals—this apartment places you close to it all, with the town about 20 km away and a golf course roughly 12.3 km from the property. A car is recommended for day trips, but the essentials are comfortably nearby for relaxed holiday days.
