The hotel was not what I would describe as clean. Vents in the hallway had visible mold on the surface and the rooms/HVAC systems smelled musty. If you are someone that suffers from SIRS, do not stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. The condition of the hotel was less than acceptable.

The staff was wonderful. There was no tub mat in the shower, no dresser in the room, the bed was rock hard ( it made my arms go numb, and the pool water was ice cold in the middle of the day!

We had a great time, kids had a blast. The hot tub was amazing for us adults, pool was fun for kids. Location was absolutely essential to us and worked perfectly for our visit to WI. Check-in staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious for the 4 of us, had separate bedroom in the king suite, but there were many things that could have been cleaned a lot more efficiently. Noticed Hair on shower wall and in sink immediately when we got there, old coffee pods in coffee maker, foor was not vacuumed. Breakfast was meh. We were only there for one night and we would stay again, because of the location, but lower expectations next time.

Room & staff were fine. The breakfast was very disappointing. Gold Eggs, Waffle mix was so thin that the waffles did not cook, those were 2 of the 3 staple items. Not much selection aside from cold sugary cereal, but the milk wasn't fresh.

It would be good if the pool water was a bit warmer, i did ask a staff member regarding the issue but advised possibe issues with furnace if temp were to increase i believe the water temp was 81 degrees
