Lobby was recently remodeled and is nice. Rooms are a bit dark but are big and clean. Staff was nice; kids loved the breakfast with make your own waffles. Large gym. Was a fun, unique place to go in an area where all the hotels are just cookie cutter basic. Went in the summer and it was very quiet.

I recently stayed at Bantr and overall had a decent experience, though there were a few areas that could use improvement. The bed in the main room was very comfortable and made for a good night’s sleep, but unfortunately the pull-out sofa was the opposite—it was hard and uncomfortable, making it a poor option for additional guests. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. However, the hallway carpets were noticeably worn and could definitely use some updating to match the rest of the space. One small but important issue was the lack of hand soap by the bathroom sink. When I asked the front desk for some, I was told the hotel had run out. It’s a basic amenity that should always be available, so that was a bit disappointing. I was brought liquid body wash as a replacement, but chose instead to purchase handsoap from a local store. Bantr has a lot of potential with its cozy atmosphere and friendly vibe, but a few details—like more comfortable extra bedding, and better attention to stocking essentials—would really make a big difference. I’d consider staying again, but I hope they address these minor but noticeable issues.

Very big. Open rooms. Clean. Very little staff working. Seems like they’re going through some type of change at their location. Bartender was incredibly rude and has no customer service skills. Only about five options available for dinner at the bar. Waterpark is closed indefinitely. Swimming area is fun for kids, but incredibly hot to sit in there and supervise.

Huge, dirty, outdated, very noisy with large groups staying and partying through the night while their kids run wild in the hallways and bang on the doors. Breakfast was horrible, few options, long wait lines, and supplylies were extremely limited. Pool and jacuzzi is in the old half demolished water park, with construction walls around piles of rubble, very dark. Huge propery - you walk miles to get from breakfast or pool area to your room. Room was big with very old furniture and very outdated bathroom, it was impossible to control room temperature so we had to sleep sweating throughthe night. The only good area is the lobby - they renovated it and it is very inviting. The rest is crap.

I guess they are remodeling but wow, the pictures sure made it look nicer than it is. The rooms are musty, furniture very old and uncomfortable beds. Then, the front desk staff was barely functional. I had to search for them more than once, they didn't acknowledge me until I stood right in front of them and even then didn't speak. Just stared at me. The pool and hot tub were disgusting. The only thing good was the bartender. She was friendly and very helpful. Will never use this hotel again.

Love Sarah !

Very nice place, Sarah the bar bartender was awesome! She saved our evening after we were locked out of our room for over half an hour because of the terrible key code system. Kye, however, was lazy, rude, and disrespectful. He really didn't care that we couldn't get in our room . Other than that, we had a great stay !
