Perfectly located only three houses from the entrance to Pine Point Beach, this hot tub oasis has everything you could want in a relaxing beachfront getaway! Our 4 bedroom, 2 full bath home has a cozy coastal vibe and a bonus private outdoor space with a dining and lounging area, Weber grill, enclosed hot shower and 6 person salt-water hot tub spa! As an adult-only property, this beautiful beach house is fully equipped for up to 8 adults looking to take in all the views and peaceful tranquility that stunning Pine Point Beach has to offer. This seaside retreat truly has it all!
Stay close to home if you‘d like because Pine Point has several quaint restaurants and local bars all within walking distance, not to mention some of the freshest local seafood you can find in Maine!
Or… You can wake up to ocean views from the king-sized primary bed and then take a 2-mile walk along the beach to the The Pier to enjoy some food, drink and shopping in Old Orchard before bringing back an iced coffee to “lay the day away” in the warm sun. Cool yourself off in the waves and kick your heels through the surf while you search for a lucky sand dollar. Then back at the house make yourself a cocktail to bring with you to your outdoor shower. Hop in the car for a quick 20 minute drive to the renowned downtown of Portland, and spend some time strolling the working waterfront and cobblestone streets as you hunt for some Maine souvenirs. Now it’s time to indulge in the unparalleled culinary scene that this top foodie city has to offer! You’ll find almost too many 5-star restaurants to choose from in Portland but you can always opt for a simple yet perfect mouth-watering brown butter lobster roll. Afterwards, come back home to your relaxing seaside escape and treat your weary bones to a nightcap in your private salt-water hot tub under the stars.

PROPERTY DETAILS

LIVING ROOM
In the cozy open-concept living room you'll find a large L-shaped West Elm leather sofa that's perfect for lounging after a day in the sun. Air conditioning from the ductless mini-split keeps the home perfectly temperature controlled year-round. Two comfy swivel chairs surround the decorative floating fireplace, and a Kawai digital piano awaits any musicians in your group! The 55 inch flatscreen Smart TV provides Netflix & Hulu and is loaded with additional apps for you to sign into on your own. Bluetooth Audio speakers and eight living room windows fill the space with beautiful natural light and sound, while the pulldown blinds offer privacy whenever you're ready.

KITCHEN & DINING
Open to the living room, your full kitchen is ready for cooking and entertaining! A large table for 7-8 awaits memories with big meals, group games and laughter. A Bertazzoni Range gas stove is perfect for those who love to cook, and the Fisher & Paykel double dishwasher makes your cleanup a breeze! Microwave, toaster, pantry, cookware, Keurig coffee maker and tea kettle are provided.

2 FULL BATHS
Both downstairs and upstairs have a full bath with toilet, sink and shower; and you'll also find a bathtub in the downstairs bath. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are available in each shower, and a bath towel and beach towel are provided for each guest. Additionally, an enclosed outdoor hot shower also offers a third option for those who wish to wash with the summer breeze!

PRIMARY KING BEDROOM
The extra-large upstairs primary bedroom has a king-sized Tempur-Pedic cooling mattress and a direct view of the ocean from its windows! For added comfort, you'll find a velvet chaise sofa, desk, dresser, air conditioning, oscillating fan, double closet and 55 inch wall-mounted Samsung Frame TV.

3 QUEEN GUEST ROOMS
All three queen bedrooms are equipped with West Elm memory foam mattresses for ultimate sleeping comfort. Upstairs has one queen guest room with a large closet, nightstands, desk, oscillating fan and air conditioning. Downstairs there are two smaller queen guest rooms without closets. Instead you'll find that each room has an open-style armoire for hanging clothes, oscillating fans, nightstands and under-bed storage drawers. Two windows in each room also provide lots of natural sunlight along with pull-down blinds for privacy.

OUTDOOR ENCLOSED PATIO & YARD
One of our favorite places to be (besides the beach) is out on the patio! A large sliding door from the kitchen opens to our paved patio oasis. Fully fenced for privacy, this outdoor space has a large table and umbrella for al-fresco dining and evening card games, a Weber Genesis Grill with propane provided, an outdoor sofa and chairs for relaxing, a small grassed yard with hammock, an enclosed outdoor hot shower, and a NEW 6-person salt water hot tub!

PARKING
The small parking lot for this property is graveled in front of the home and can accommodate a maximum of 3 vehicles. **Please note that the paved driveway adjacent to the house does NOT belong to this property.

LAUNDRY
A washer & dryer are available for use in the basement.

CHILDREN AND PETS
Although we love children and animals, this particular vacation rental is not suitable or safe for children under 12 years old, and additionally we are unable to accommodate pets at this time.
