Manuel was very responsive, and Carlos brought us what we needed. For a group of 5 or 6, this is a perfect stay. Water is provided free, just message Manuel and he’ll make it happen. The space was excellent and it should be mentioned that you are next to a farm which has a donkey, roosters and numerous chickens. But as far as a cultural experience, you’re 100% certain to get that here :)

Spectacular

The house is exactly like the pictures!! Very, very clean. Beds are very comfortable. Sheets super soft. Pool is clean and refreshing. A little off the beaten path but a golf cart rental solved that problem and added fun. The host organized transport to and from the airport and assisted with the golf cart rental.

New and modern house, description not accurate

Overall, I would recommend this house/ apartment to other families. Housekeeper and maintenance guy were wonderful! The house was very clean with cooking utensils. The only reason I could not give this house a 5-star review was because a couple of the descriptions online are not accurate. First, the house is not 3 minutes walking distance to the beach and downtown like the listing, it is 11-13 minutes away. Once we booked, they did reach out to let us know this, but they need to just update their listing and let people know up front. Also, they have three bedrooms with 2 King beds and 1 queen. The listing states 3 Kings. Last, the washer and dryer are outside the apartment and are locked until the housekeeping lady comes in the morning to clean and lets you in to wash or dry. It is a three-story building we rented the ground floor. It is not a single-family rental.

Spacious Main Floor

Because of the three bedrooms each with its own bathroom, we had a lot of privacy. The kitchen could be better equipped. Also a binder on the property outlining nearby restaurants, golf cart rentals, groceries etc. would be helpful. The property is a good 15-20 walk to the beach which was unexpected. Also we loved the pool and outdoor patio. We were lucky that the people we had to share with were great. Also the price was very reasonable.

The property itself was beautiful and large with 3 separate bathrooms for each bedroom. It was very clean as well. The location is off the beaten path and on a dirt road but overall we had a nice stay here.

Beautiful property! More remote than expected

The accommodations are absolutely as described and the host was very helpful and responsive. It was probably our oversight in not checking the looation more carefully as we expected something close to the square. But the host was very helpful in arranging for taxi to pick us up.
