The property was cozy, seemed like an older resort but the staff made up for everything you look for in an all inclusive.

Overall the property was very good. The staff, food and service was great. The only real complaint was that our bed was uncomfortable and one of the rooms had a musty smell to it. Make sure you get up early to save a lounger, no different than many all inclusives.

The buffet had good choices, plenty of fresh made guacamole, salsa and all the makings for a delicious taco. There was lamb, chicken and beef done in various ways. Always fresh fruit replenished regularly. All the servers were very attentive and polite. We we’re not disappointed with this resort.

The staff was all amazing, Carlos at the family selection Pool was an amazing waiter. Isaiah did a fabulous job at the concierge at the adult selection.

Our family of 6 (3 generations) had a fantastic time here!! The food was very good, wonderful variety and the service was excellent. Great entertainment and lots of options for all ages. Our favorite was the Viva Mexico show, gorgeous dancing and costumes! The activities instructor Angel is fantastic, thank you for making Yoga the best part of the day. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and we had many gorgeous walks through the gardens, found a few relaxing nooks in the forest that was a refreshing break from the hot beach. This beach spot was the best I have been to, great swimming and surfing, beach bartender Manuel made excellent drinks and kept up with the crowd, he was amazing. Concierge service was exceptional, Cecilia accommodated our requests and made us feel welcome, special and well cared for. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!

We had a fantastic honeymoon at Grand Palladium Vallarta. The staff was great, food was fantastic and the beach was beautiful. Our room was clean and comfortable. We would definitely come here again. Extra shoutout to Antonio and Manuel at the beach bar Fizz. Great guys.

Very friendly staff, although the place is older it is very well maintained and cleaned constantly. It does not feel dated. More of a classic style which is a personal preference.Everything works. Good entertainment, bars and restaurants on site. Excellent wifi that works everywhere around the complex. The property is off the beaten path a bit so there really is nowhere else to go unless you have transportation, not a dealbreaker though. The pools may be considered a bit small but also not a dealbreaker as there are several some only for adults and kiddie pools, the views sure make up for it. Nice little beach also with a safe kiddie area. There’s a good surf break right in front of the property. Many whales frolicking not too far out!
