Elevator smelled like marijuana at all times as well as the hallway. Bathroom fixtures were loose and broken - shower control did not work. Feces in the wall. Towels were thin and limited. Tv remote did not work. Room did not get cleaned between days just gave us new towels. Said the couldn’t print us a receipt. Not customer friendly towards customers.

TV was not set up, had to plug everything in for them... Remote had corroded batteries, had tonuse personal batteries in it, because there was only one person working, so they couldnt come up to the room to drop new ones off. The flooring is warped and it dips towards the middle of the room. All around not worth the peice of stay, with other options available in the area.

Security deposit

I thought the trip was a good trip until I only got a portion of my security deposit back. They kept $25 for a hand towel and pillowcase that they said had blood on it. I was disappointed in that. I have stayed in hotels my whole adult hood and I have never had someone keep my security deposit.
