Beautiful historic hotel in Savannah. The staff was very kind. Housekeeping was non-existent. We stayed three nights. The bed was never made and we never received fresh towels, even though we asked a housekeeper for some. The queen bed creaked every time we moved.

Check in and check out were quite easy and staff were terrific; even walking us directly to a specific restaurant. Valet service worked great and loved the guest reception in the evening. The location was ideal.

Room was nice. Issue wirh heat but was taken care of immediately. Fan stll very loud. Small refrig would be nice. Parking garage and alley street make it very unpleasant at night very noisy. .Plus no onsite parking added $120 for 4 days. Sad,because it is a great location. Everything walkable. And staff were great.
