I've stayed in motels before, it's not like I was expecting it to be a hotel experience-- but please believe me when I say-- you're better off car camping than staying here. The floor had leftover chips and crumbs from previous guests, the towel had hairs interwoven into the fibers, and there were stains on everything. I'm not even talking about faded, clearly washed-out stains, I'm talking about fresh, bright, multicolored stains. You have blood, you have unknown yellow, and even some orange! And while security is okay, don't expect the front desk to help you for new sheets or anything admin-related to your stay. I'm surprised they're still in buisness at all. 0 Stars.

It was a place to sleep, decently quiet. The toilet was dirty as well as the carpet in the room. We were told we could have adjoining rooms over the phone, but when we got there they said the doors between the rooms don’t work so our rooms were a few door away from each other. We needed toilet paper in one of the rooms and were told by the front desk to find the cleaning staff to get some. There was no breakfast as they are working on the building.

The Hotel rooms were really bad. They are so dirty including some food on the floor. The bathtub was very dirty. The towels and bed sheets were dirty, the bed frame and headboard were dusty and the fridge still had some food from the previous occupants. Overall, the experience was terrible.

Overall cleanliness of the room was appalling, dirty sheets and towels. Two large holes in the wall. Two smaller holes plugged with cleaner. The desk and dresser was in extremely poor condition, one handle was missing. GFCI plug in was missing the reset button.

The room was not as clean as one would expect from a hotel but that wasnt the issue. We discovered a part of an oral retainer with a took on the floor just under the bedside. Found it when retrieving a phone that was dropped. My girlfriend was sick from it.

Horrible experience

We checked in very late, around midnight, and our room wasn’t cleaned. We tried 2 other rooms, one was already occupied and the other had stained sheets and bugs. We asked for a refund as we were leaving. We were told that we had to talk to hotel.com but that they wouldn’t be taking the money and would cancel our booking. Instead they kept us as showing checked in and then in the morning my credit card was charged an extra $97 from the hotel, in addition to the $122 I already paid through hotel.com

Disgusting

Worst hotel ever. Location is 1 block from St Pauls hospital which is the worst part of Saskatoon. Room was dirty. Supposed white pillows and bedding were grey. Checked for signs of bedbugs, matress was disgusting. We checked in, looked around and walked right out of the hotel. All hotel guests we ran into we either drunk or something else. Asked front desk, "are we going to be safe here?" His reply was, you might be, dont go outside.

I called ahead asking if i could check in early (1pm instead of their 2pm policy). I was told yes, that all rooms would be available after noon. Arrived at 1:30 and refused check in because our room was not ready. I said u called in a few hours ago, but the woman didn't care, at all. I went to my appointment and was back around 2:30 and the room still wasn't ready. Was told 5-10 minutes by the guy who admitted he was the one on the phone approving the early check in. Get in the room. Did not appeared vacuumed. Dirty stir stick and hair on carpet. Hair on bed cover. Towels were dirty and stained. Shower curtain dirty and moldy. Bathroom fixtures were dirty and water spotted. Lamps were filthy. No washcloths. No drinking glasses on bathroom. Very thin walls. Normal decibel conversations on rooms on either side could be heard. Will NEVER stay here again and recommend everyone stay clear!!!
