The room itself was ok. The bed was actually uncomfortable and one of the conforters we had was ripped with padding coming out.. but the breakfast included was amazing and probably the best part. Check in was 4 but at 430 our room wasn't even ready yet.. staff were nice at least too.

It was unfortunate that when I showed up at the agreed check in time we were told the cleaning staff was shorthanded and my room wasn’t ready. I wasn’t able to prepare myself to get to my event and ended up having to prep best I could from the car. I normally would think this is a one off, but a friend was there a week previous and had a similar experience

No front clerk when I checked in or a note saying they will be back. No instructions on how to use the Roku TV. Mattress is worn out and sagged in the middle. Coffee maker had a broken lid and water area was dirty. No housekeeping.

Overall our stay was okay. The bed was a double and not a queen like we had booked. They only left us with 1 towel for 2 guests. Room was clean and the bed was comfy, just small. Breakfast was okay.
