Booked a ground level room with easy outside access but the outside access didn’t work and they didn’t do anything about it . Long hair hanging off bathroom door. Have stayed here often over the years but it definitely needs some improvements.

Could have been a bit cleaner, and it was rather cold too. There was also no coffee pot in the room. The coffee was there, but no pot! But the staff was exceptionally helpful and pleasant!
