The renovations to the rooms are very nice and a welcome change. The problem my mother and I encountered was the noise in the room. There was an extremely loud humming noise throughout the room that was louder at the head of the bed. Went down to the front desk to discuss this and she offered for maintenance to come check it out. They did not come so I called down to the front desk again

The Park Town Inn is downtown close to many restaurants and shopping. It is right across the street from bike paths and a nice park. It is clean, comfortable, and has friendly staff. I would recommend staying here.

Everything was wonderful. After travelling to BC and back home this was our last stop. And honestly this last stay over was the best. Definitely this Hotel is our new Saskatoon favourite. Thank you Park Town.

Starve to Death at Park Town Hotel

First of all, it’s an older hotel. It has been recently modernized. The rooms are clean, contemporary stylish, but a bit small. Location is very good. Parking is tight and cost extra as does breakfast. Pool was closed for renovations. No mention was made of this prior to booking. I did intend to swim so this was a bit disappointing of course no credit is given for this major amenity being closed in summer. Now… Breakfast restaurant was not busy. Waited far too long to be seated with only two single people in front of me. Waited far too long for the 1st cup of tea and greeting from a waitress. Once the order was taken, food, didn’t come for 20 minutes, was unsatisfactory and sent back. After a lengthy wait I just left. No management staff was on in the restaurant or hotel to hear my concerns and complaints. I did not want to offload on the Service stuff not their responsibility. This was solely a management issue. I was so unhappy that I checked out only one night into my stay and went somewhere else to eat and stay where I was very satisfied. I would not recommend this.

Place was very run down and has a very dangerous front entrance that is steps away from a bar that has lots of shady people and homeless people surrounding the entrance as you arrive!! Not good for kids and not a good place for family to relax

It would have been nice if they had more sitting areas like benches out front. I would have appreciated it also that the smoking area had some chairs and nicer ashtrays available to guests. I was not the only one out there that commented on that. I feel complimentary coffee in the lobby would have been a great asset most hotels provide that and I feel this hotel could have provided that considering in the rooms was the Nespresso machines. Overall it is a beautiful hotel couldn't hurt to add a few extra things.

I like the Park Town and have stayed many times over the years. The staff are great at the front desk and the restaurant. The room was good. The bed and bedding exceptional. We had great sleeps. The decor is new but very lack lustre. A matter of taste I guess. Sitting in the restaurant for breakfast and watching the river makes up for it.
