Detached house near the owners' house. Ground floor: Living room with kitchenette, microwave, freezer, DVD player, Wi-Fi. Upstairs: 1 bedroom: 1 double bed (140 cm). Shower room with WC. Electric heating, solar panels, and a pellet stove (filled upon arrival, the remaining fuel will be at the tenants' expense). 1-hectare property with a wooded area. The cottage is located in the center of a 2-hectare property. This former sheepfold is an ideal place for a peaceful holiday, ideally situated 4 km from the medieval town of Sarlat, for visiting the many tourist sites of the Vézère and Dordogne valleys.
