Located in downtown sarasota, the historic neighborhood of Laurel Park, this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom attached villa has been updated and is ready for you to check in and relax! A new 75" smart TV was just added (not in pics). Bedroom 1 offers a king sized bed and a closet with a door leading into an en suite bathroom. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity. Bedroom 2 offers 2 queen sized beds and a closet. The second bathroom is off the living room and offers another shower, toilet, and vanity. The living room offers comfortable slip covered sofas, and connects to the full kitchen. Kitchen has a stove, full size fridge, freezer, coffee keurig, microwave and granite countertops. Out the back door leads you to the private pavered patio with a Washer & Dryer (bring your own detergent), as well as chairs, and a charcoal grill for your use.
Linens are provided, as well as bath towels, beach towels, foldable beach chairs, and travel size shampoo. Toilet roll, kitchen towels, dish soap and sponge are given to get you started! A blue tooth speaker is yours to use during your stay as well as a small cooler!
Free parking. Award winning beaches and a peaceful neighborhood awaits. Laurel Park offers its own gazebo, free kayak launch, and walking paths for your enjoyment too.

Tiny and minimally equipped but clean
Primary bedroom is tiny with no lights for reading and no nightstands. Bath also tiny. Kitchen is very minimally equipped with very few dishes or cooking supplies. No dishwasher. Washing machine is outside and does not work. I would not stay here again.

Last Minute Booking for a Celebration of Life
The property was perfect for our needs. I travelled with my 2 sons on a very last minute trip. The property was in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to all the events that were planned. The property manager answered quickly with questions. It was very well maintained, up-to-date, and easy to find. Beaches were within a 10 minute drive, a park on the water is within an easy walking distance. It fit all of our needs.
