A beautiful place to stay in Sarasota Trina, Destiny, & Smiling beautiful Brei helped in anyway they could to make out Stay an enjoyable one Also everyone in housekeeping that we asked for a towel toothbrush or if we can have assistance with they all are fabulous! We bought three more nights through Expedia instead of leaving the area we went to Siesta key beach and Lido beach There is a lot to see and do in the area You will not be disappointed!! The pool area is nice, front desk staff was nice. Sheets on the bed were damp and struggled getting them changed. When they did get changed a black bug was in them. I broke up one argument myself between someone staying there and another guy who wasn’t, guessing a drug deal. 20 minutes later the cops showed up for something else and were in the parking lot for 20 minutes. This isn’t in the safest location. Light in the parking lot flickered like a Halloween flasher that the curtains wouldn’t shut out along with the heater in the room making weird noises made sleeping not easy. I have video that I wish I could post. Getting out of the parking lot is nuts, the traffic is like an interstate. You have to turn right and then do a u-turn if you want to go south.

There was a large cockroach in our room. There were cigarette butts on the patio table outside the patio door. Was hard to get the humidity out of the room. Difficult to access the entrance drive off highway 41 when approaching from the south.

The hotel was musty and moldy and no water pressure in the shower dirty dirty and the management does not care about your needs. We asked to be moved they said no! The breathing in the mold was not great for our health. They charged us extra $200 when we checked out early with no explanation on why. Do not go here.
