The staff was great,and very friendly.Wonderful view from the 7th floor.My only issue is receiving an email after we arrived stating"Congratulations,you have a free upgrade" for free breakfast both mornings.Upon inquiry,I'm told I don't qualify. Manager chose to do nothing. Poor choice for customer service.
