Relax and unwind in the spacious, backyard that includes a screened lanai with a TV and couch, and an outside eating and lounging area. Or hop on the Legacy Trail that runs right along the back of the property. The trail is perfect for walkers, joggers and bicyclists that runs north of Bahia Vista Street in Sarasota down to Venice Avenue in Venice to create a 21.5 mile stretch of path. The house even has a small kids area with a table, chairs, toys, and books. We have furnished the house with everything you will need to make your stay comfortable including beach items like chairs, coolers, towels, toys, umbrella, and beach cart.
