The front desk is always so helpful and kind. But as I was about to take a bath I moved the towel on the bath and there was a cockroach. I'm so devastated by this because I stayed here often. Not only that happen, as we were getting ready to leave the housekeeper walked in on me naked, pushing the door open as she is speaking announcing her presence.

There's bedbugs in the rooms, I got bit up the whole time I was there and will have to throw all my fabrics away, the owner watches everyone constantly and threatens to take money out of his employees checks for unpaid service if people miss a payment on something. He acts like he hates everyone when you speak to him an is rude AF...tried locking me out of my room a few times before my check out date. Then tried arguing with me about when my checkout day was, when he was a day off. Never staying at this location again.
