Descanso e curtição

Com localização privilegiada mais ao fundo de uma rua sem saída , a união do silêncio a noite somando a proximidade da praia de Juquehy durante o dia completam um cenário para descanso e curtição com amigos e família. As crianças curtem praia durante o dia e piscina no início da noite . Acabou a piscina?.... pudemos escolher entre um bate papo na beira da piscina ou uma curtida nos restaurantes e bares na avenida principal que fica logo ali na distância de uma caminhada noturna tranquila . Quer conhecer outras praias?....Barra do una ..Boracéia.....Barra de Sahy ficam a pouca distância de carro em ambientes igualmente maravilhosos O imóvel tem tudo oque se precisa ..tudo mesmo. É entrar e se sentir em casa!!! Condomínio é antigo, mas muito bem cuidado com a mesma dedicação e hospitalidade do José zelador e seus proprietários Obrigado Paulo e Marta por fazer nossas férias mais completas!!

A casa fica em rua de fácil acesso mesmo para quem conhece pouco Juquehy. Tem todos os utensílios domésticos, confortável e funcional. O anfitrião é muito educado e disponível, nos deu várias dicas. Valeu muito a pena. Iremos mais vezes com certeza.

Ja estive em casas maiores e mais luxuosas, mas nenhuma tudo funcionava bem como nesta casa. Os chuveiros funcionam bem (bom jato de agua e vc consegue alterar bem a temperatura). As chamas do fogao acendem super bem. Limpeza da casa, utensilios domesticos e talheres bem limpos, em resumo, "tudo funciona" bem na casa. Ponto ruim é a rua de terra na frente do condomínio mas é um pequeno trecho. Valeu muito a pena termos ficado la

O imóvel é fiel ao anúncio, casa limpa , não tinha nenhum inseto. Cozinha completa, algumas panelas bem novas, quartos confortáveis, travesseiros disponíveis. A distância da praia é longa, até tentamos ir a pé mas é cansativo. De carro mais tranquilo, perto do centro. Carrinho e guarda sol bem novos, algumas cadeiras também. O Proprietário é extremamente gentil e acessível. Valeu muito. Fomos um casal e 3 adolescentes. Amaram a piscina. Tudo ótimo

Muito agradável o condomínio, seguro e tranquilo. O Sr. Manuel foi muito atencioso. Casa aconchegante, limpa, churrasqueira ótima, excelentes utensílios de cozinha. O mercado da cidade é completo com ótimos preços. A praia é linda!! Sem Zona Azul e sem "flanelinhas" achei excelente. Quero voltar!

Primeiro, a casa é excelente, com todos utensílios de cozinha, cadeiras de praia, chuveiro maravilhoso, ar condicionado Tudo funcionando perfeitamente Passamos um feliz natal O condomínio super tranquilo, vizinhos ótimos, zelador seu Manuel um amor .... Chegamos a casa super limpa e organizada ! Sr Paulo (dono da casa) super atencioso, atendia prontamente quando eu tinha alguma dúvida Com certeza voltaremos novamente ... a única observação que é não é tão perto da praia, mas isso em nenhum momento foi problema.
