Porta do guarda roupa emperrada e caindo. Torneira do chuveiro estragada que fazia o chuveiro pingar a noite toda. Ar condicionado com cheiro de mofo. Cadeira de trabalho caindo. Pelo local e pela vista deveria de ser melhor cuidado.
