Funcionários muito educados e sempre dispostos a ajudar. Resolveram tudo que eu precisava rápidamente. Viajei com meu marido, nossa de bebê de 3 meses e com a mão direita enfaixada e eles estiveram super ativos me ajudando nos mínimos detalhes. Além da localização ser excelente. Mercado na calçada. Nem 2 min andando. Pertinho da Paulista, do MaSP, do Shopping da cidade. Eu definitivamente recomendo e já quero voltar para ficsr mais dias.

This 3 star is comparable to my 1 star stay at a hotel in Italy. They call themselves the travel inn yet no one spoke a lick of English. Not a great welcoming to Brazil

Hotel is very modest, but the location is great. Fair price for the location. However, there are much better options if you are willing to pay about 30% more.

Great location

Great space, near to bars, restaurants, shops, cinemas, Masp museum, Av Paulista and Bixiga. Have stayied there many times before and will again. Lounge would benefit of a more confirtable sofa and toilet needs modernisation, but overall confort is fine.

Precisa melhorar

Gosto muito do hotel. Porém desta vez a descarga do vaso sanitário não funcionava. E havia também uma obra no andar de cima, com martelete fazendo barulho insuportável o dia todo, durante 3 dias. Além disso o sistema de chaves deste hotel em cartão magnético é terrível. Já é a terceira vez que fico lá e os cartões se desmagnetizam o tempo todo. Mesmo sendo guardados separados de qualquer aparelho eletrônico. Al de mim, Vi vários hóspedes reclamando todas as vezes que me hospedo com eles. Apesar disso tudo, pretendo continuar usando este hire pois o atendimento é sempre muito bom e a localização perfeita.
