Newly remodeled and modern flat on high floor. Good city and park views. Air conditioning and heating. Blackout electric shutter in bedroom for a perfect night sleep. Big closet and lots of storage. The bathroom has an excellent shower with great water pressure. There is also a calming blue light for relaxation. Full kitchen with a full size refrigerator and freezer, appliances and utensils. Living room has a couch bed and a work space with Wi-Fi. There are two TVs, one in the bedroom and another in the leaving room. Nice dining area with view. Washer and dryer in the apartment and laundry service on the garage floor if you need. We have free underground parking, and daily cleaning service. In the building there is a beautiful swimming pool, a very equipped gym, sauna, volleyball court, squash court, game rooms, restaurant and a 24 hrs. mini market for your convenience. It is located in a very nice and safe neighborhood. Walking distance of the Ibirapuera park, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies and public transportation.

Localização é ótima, fácil acesso a outras regiões da cidade. O check in e check out foi super fácil e o pessoal do condomínio tbm muito gentil e educados. A limpeza diária tbm ajuda muito. Só sugiro um upgrade na cama e travesseiros que são be básicos. Ar condicionado e chuveiro ótimos.

I typically use Vrbo to have a more “home-like” experience. This place was worse than a hotel and the apartment had no extra amenities to make it easier (ie- no salt, pepper, cooking oil, or anything). In addition the building manager and security were rude and made the end of my stay extremely uncomfortable. I will not return to this place I’m on my next visit nor would I recommend it to others.

Excelente localização.
Cecília foi muito gentil conosco. Tem um restaurante que podemos acessar direto do prédio. Boa comida e tem desconto para hóspedes do prédio. Garagem no piso inferior (útil em dias de chuva). Lembrar que as diárias são em dólares americanos, tem IOF internacional para pagar no seu cartão de crédito.
