Very good experience, clean and well located. The staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The restaurant is very clean and the food is delicious with a exceptional service.

Great hotel to be in the Area

I chose this hotel to be close to a fair that takes place in the neighborhood (in Expo Center Norte). The staff was friendly and allowed me to do an early check-in. The room was very comfortable, with a little sitting area separate from the bedroom - like an apart-hotel. Albeit being on the 12th floor, there was a bit of street noise (which is typical and standard for the area). When it comes to dinner time, options are limited to "curbside snack bars" around the hotel. While the hotel has a restaurant, it was not much more enticing.

Ar condicionado nao da conta. Apartamento grande para um ar condicionado pequeno. Barulho do metro na cara do apartamento. Tem que pedir oposto a linha do metrô. Vizinho de cima escuta tudo. Nao tem sauna esta em manutenção. Refeicoes muito caras. Solicitei para trocar de quarto com toda a educacao e nada. Nao tem piscina.

O espaço é amplo e poderia ser mais confortável se o apto fosse modernizado e reparado. O hotel existe há mais de 20 anos e ainda tem a mesma Tv pequena (parece um monitor), os azulejos encardidos, torneiras desgastadas, ducha pingando, ar condicionado barulhento , cortinas velhas, sofá duro e desconfortável. Roupas de cama e toalhas desgastadas e encardidas. O custo-benefício é bom porque estão incluídos estacionamento e café da manhã na diária. O café da manhã é bem simples e se repete diariamente, mesmas frutas, mesmos pães, suco, o bolo, o pão de queijo bem ruim, mesmo assim ainda compensa pelo valor praticado no bairro. A região tem ótimo acesso a transporte publico e comércio. A noite sugiro cautela quanto a segurança. Os manobristas da garagem atendem bem as demandas. Quanto a equipe, vale ressaltar o Sr. Denis da recepção e Sr. Antonio, ambos extremamente gentis e competentes. Já os demais nem tanto. O pessoal da limpeza, nem toca na pia e louça. Fazem a limpeza bem superficial. Quando andei descalça pelo quarto fiquei com os pés bem sujos. Seria bom um micro-ondas no apto. Para estadas curtas, atende bem. Mas para mais de 2 dias pode incomodar.

O hotel possui uma boa localização. Pra quem quer economizar é proximo da estação de metrô, 7min de caminhada. O quarto não é confortável. Cuidado para não perder a chave de aproximação, eles cobram. O café da manhã é um pouco frqco.
