Terracotta Cave House (2) is a restored traditional cave house located in Oia, close to the Venetian castle. It is set on the quiet fringe of the buzz, off the main street and it overlooks the dazzling caldera and the volcano. Due to its unique location, the house offers a panoramic view of the entire village of Oia while ensuring privacy and tranquillity. It is only a 2 minute walk away from Oia’s main street where all the restaurants and shops are situated.
Terracotta Cave House (2) consists of two levels. The ground level features the living area, the kitchenette and a spacious bathroom. The living area also offers one couch that can be used as a single bed. From the living area you can access a balcony overlooking the caldera. The second level of the house consist of an open loft that features a double bed. Finally the house boasts an impressive roof terrace with panoramic views over the village.
The house offers daily housekeeping service.
The village of Oia is a traditional settlement and it is entirely pedestrian. The village offers a great variety of restaurants, shops, mini markets etc. Within the village, everything is in walking distance. You can explore the rest of the island either by car, bus, taxis or organized tours. There are public parking areas at the entrance of the village, but take into consideration that during high season parking can be challenging.

Incredibly Romantic and Relaxing
My husband and I stayed here for our 20th wedding anniversary. We wanted a place to relax and enjoy stunning scenery. We found it! Nicoletta and her son thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. We would recommend the airport pick up and drop off. We even had porters to navigate our luggage through the village. Phillip helped us with a sailing sunset excursion. The location was perfect with easy access to food and shops. We felt very privileged to have private views of the spots that all the tourists were clamoring to take pictures of. I would highly recommend this place.

Epic Stay w/ Iconic views
In the heart of Oia, minutes walk to all the fine dining establishments in Oia. By far the most iconic view of Santorini, picturesque, bother sunrise and sunset views from the roof top. This quaint and gorgeous rental is perfect of a romantic getaway, perfect for 2.
We'll definitely rent again if we go back to Santorini, Oia... The host was amazing at communication and helping setup transfers and suggestions to do, see and eat, amazing!!!

More than I imagined
This little properly was so perfect it was where we spent most of our time. The 3 terraces are small but offer everything you need from mostly private to the open skies and views of the bustle of Oia. Just mere steps away from lovely restaurants and shopping. And the sunsets seem just for you! The accommodations were small but perfect. Well thought out attention to detail. Steep steps (both inside the dwelling as well as walking in Oia) so could be difficult for some. I don’t think I could top my first experience in Santorini! Just perfect in my opinion.
