This was my dream vacation. The hotel exceeded my expectations. Thanos was very helpful at reception, always ready to make recommendations and reservations. George brought our breakfast to our terrace every morning with a smile and great conversation. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The view simply amazing in every direction. So peaceful and relaxing. We greatly enjoyed our stay here. Would love to come back in the future.

Nice property for the price compared to others in the same area , this property face the volcano , the view is out of this world , walking distance from shopping and restaurants, we walked back and forth to the castle and we enjoyed it very much , also the room has two twin beds , one full bed and two full baths with private balcony and jacuzzi, fully equipped including the pool towels , clean .

Everything about this place was outstanding!!! From the moment we checked in, Thanasis was a wealth of knowledge and helpful information. He gave us some great recommendations on places to go, restaurants to eat at, and was just over the top helpful and friendly at any and every time we saw him. The room was perfect. It was exactly as the pictures described, beds were comfortable, the air conditioning was excellent. The view is indescribable- a must see, if you are in Santorini. I can’t recommend this place enough!! I will definitely be back.

Excellent service and attentiveness by staff. Breakfast delivered to our room was very nice. The pool was great and often we had it to ourselves. Location was perfect and the view was stunning. The hotel is close to all the main tourist spots but still very quiet. The view was spectacular! The room was super clean, the area felt very safe, and there were lots of restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely gorgeous property in the perfect location. We loved our stay at Strogili traditional houses. It is a very short walk to the city center of Oia but away in a less crowded, quiet and serene area. It is right across a mini market! It also has a fairly large pool area with a bar- overlooking the ocean! Just stunning. The staff was very warm and helpful! I recommending this place to all my friends and family! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

This was a great location if you want to stay in Oia. You have a beautiful view of the volcanos and beautiful balconies to enjoy your view. I loved it and wished I could stay longer. Ionnis at the front desk was an amazing planner and helped me organize my tours. I was a solo traveler and he helped me figure out what I could do to enjoy my stay in the limited time I had. Just tell him what you like. I have cleanliness 4 stars because I found a very long hair in the shower drain and the books in the room felt like they could be wiped cleaned (maybe they were just old).. I also had problems locking my room door and had to ask for help very last night but other than that— I loved my cave room and wish I could stay longer. I would definitely stay again at the hotel because it’s just a few meters walk from all the shops/people in Oia and there is a supermarket right across the street. You can put on a lovely outfit and take pictures on the Oia caldera while the sun sets. I didn’t eat the breakfast at the hotel because I don’t usually eat breakfast but it seemed very affordable especially for being in Oia. This hotel is definitely worth staying at, especially as a solo traveler. I felt safe, people were friendly, and I got great recommendations.

A Wonderful Stay in Santorini We had a fantastic stay at Strogili Traditional House in Santorini! The location is ideal—the taxi can drop you right at the door from the airport. While it's a little further from the iconic Blue Domes, it's still just a short walk from the main area of Oia, which made it convenient for exploring the town. The rooms are adorable, with a charming cave-style design that perfectly blends traditional architecture with modern amenities. Our room had an amazing ocean view, and we loved how serene and relaxing it felt. Waking up to that view was such a treat! The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful, which really added to the overall positive experience. They were always there when we needed assistance and made us feel at home. The only thing I'd advise other travelers to consider is that the hotel has quite a few stairs to navigate. To get to the rooms, you have to walk down more than 50 steps, and after breakfast (which is served near the reception area), you'll need to walk back up to use the bathroom in your room. This could be inconvenient for anyone with walking difficulties, so it’s something to keep in mind when booking. Other than that small caveat, we were extremely happy with our stay. Strogili is a great place to relax and enjoy your vacation time in beautiful Santorini!
