Lovely houses, great service and help from owners. Pool was a little bit small for the children but not the fault of the villas.

Bathtub for a pool

We had rented a car from the port and arrived at the hotel , I went in to checkin as to see if this was the right place , because the property which we booked online had a different name. The owner Costas asked me to get all the people who are going to stay inside the reception,I asked him they are in the car , he insisted I get them out of the car and bring them in which kind of was unnecessary when the property in which we weee going to stay was about a mile away from the reception. So I was obliged to bring my family inside , for him to look at them and then he drive with us to the property and gave us a tour and briefed us of what not to do in the property and left. The master bedroom was kind of a cubicle not a foot of extra space to move around, the second bedroom on the first floor doesn’t have a door All other doors don’t have any locks on them , including the toilet door without a handle? The coffee machine was there, but he never showed us how it worked , so first day we couldn’t get ourselves any coffee, second day I tried to operate it on myself , without any luck , then I asked one of his helper to show me, he checked and found out there was no water in the machine , so he filled it up and then tried to make I work, but still had hiccups. The pool is a joke , it is no bigger then a big bathtub, good only for toddlers. I have travelled all over Greece and never anyone has ever asked me to leave my travel documents with the hotel , but he insisted to keep it

The Accommodation and Service was 5 Stars!!

From start to finish our holiday was seamless thanks to Kostas and his team. They really did help to make our stay in Santorini perfect; from bringing us breakfast in our villa each morning to suggesting great restaurants/activities, booking restaurants and arranging hire cars etc. The accommodation was stunning. High spec villa's with plenty of indoor and outdoor space as well as parking for any hire cars. The location was great too! Akritori is located in the South of the island with lots of nice restaurants nearby. it also only 20mins and 40mins to Thira and Oia, respectively. Both the accommodation and the Service were truly outstanding!
