Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The pictures are very deceptive as they do not reflect reality. I booked a room with a sea view and paid extra. There is no view at all except for a ruin and a building in front of it. I booked for 5 nights and left after 3 nights. The air conditioning does not work and there is no one in the hotel to service it. The doors do not close except with difficulty. The water in the bathroom is not stable and the furniture is all lumpy and broken including the bed and chairs. I complained during my stay to the site I visited and he called the hotel owner. The hotel owner did not care and I left the hotel before completing the number of nights. Very bad experience.
