Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort

Da evitare!

Struttura immersa nel verde della campagna di Santillana del Mar, camera quadrupla poco pulita (soprattutto le lenzuola ....non è possibile trovare capelli all'interno o stracci dietro le tende), assenza di ascensore (non abbiamo potuto scaricare le valigie essendo la camera al terzo piano), colazione scarsissima (non è possibile offrire merendine già preconfezionate....con tutti i pascoli della Cantabria mi sarei aspettato salumi e formaggi locali!!) Prezzo di € 164 per una quadrupla (solo per il pernottamento.... vista l'assenza di colazione) è esagerato!!
