Overall very good. Excellent staff and service. We only had breakfast in the hotel and it was excellent. We upgraded to higher floor as the lower room we were in had a poor outlook. The rooms are well equipped and maintained but a little dated for our taste. The lobby and restaurant area were of a high standard.

The check in process took considerably longer than expected. The receptionists spent an exorbitant amount of time with the two people in front of us that were also checking in. We waited well over 10 minutes and they were already being attended to when we walked in. What could have taken so long to check them in?
