Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und nett und die Lage des Hauses ist hervorragend. Allerdings ist der Zustand des Hauses und die Ausstattung teilweise in einem schlechten Zustand.Teilweise fehlte Putz und Farbe an den Wänden in den Zimmern, im unteren Bad war das WC lose, die Badewanne stark verrostet, in der Küche die Töpfe verrostet, die Schränke von innen aufgequollen. Die Gartenmöbel nicht ausreichend für 10 Personen und in sehr schlechtem Zustand, alt und verrostet.

Die zwei unteren Zimmer sind karg möbliert (Bettengestelle und ein schräg gegen die Wand gelehntes Regal). Die Außenanlage ist ungepflegt, Stufen bröckeln, ungepfegt. Rostige Hollywoodschaukel ohne Sonnenschutz. Generell keine Liegen und Sonnenschirme auf der großen Terasse. Rostiges Geschirr im Besteckfach, billigster Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine nicht vorhanden, wurde nachgereicht.Insgesamt ein altes Haus mit Carme in attraktiver Lage, aber es müsste dringend in Ausstattung und die unteren Zimmer investiert werden. Für das Gebotene zu teuer. Keine Empfehlung!
