The traditional, 130 m² Majorcan country house with a stone façade and shutters extends over 2 floors and consists of an open living/dining room with a loft, a very well-equipped country kitchen with a dining area, 2 bedrooms with double beds (the bedroom on the upper floor is part of the loft, so it is open, but it has a folded screen approx. 1.60 x 1.60 m. to ensure privacy), as well as 2 bathrooms. The property can therefore accommodate 4 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the master bedroom, cable TV and a highchair.

Superb property in rural area just outside of Santanyi but you are not isolated. There are houses nearby and you always see people jogging or cycling along the road. The house is beautifully furnished, the beds are very comfortable and you are provided with quality linens and towels. The kitchen is extremely well equiped and there are picnic items for the beach as well as beach towels and umbrellas. Your hosts, Juan and Catalina are the loveliest of people and we had fresh eggs from their chickens for breakfast. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful house with very friendly owners

We enjoyed our two weeks in Son Garrot a lot. The house is well equipped and very clean. You can feel that people used to live there permanently (e.g. a lot of cooking accessoires etc.). Joan and Catalina were incredibly friendly and took very good care of us, even delivering fresh eggs every second day from the chickens that live on the land. We will definetly come back!

Erholungsurlaub in der Nähe von Santanyi

Herzliche Vermieter, eine typische mallorquinische Finca, alles gepflegt, sauber und ein überraschendes Willkommenspaket. Hervorragend geeignet für Individualisten, perfekt für Selbstversorger, die schnell an den Stränden sein und sich am Abend mal im Restaurant verwöhnen lassen wollen. Achtung: derzeit (Juni 2022) sind Bauarbeiten auf dem Nachbargrundstück und hin und wieder mit Baulärm zu rechnen.
