Wenn Sie das Haus betreten, merken Sie sofort, dass die Eigentümer selber hier oft ihren Mallorca Urlaub verbringen. Perfekt ausgestattet ist die moderne offene Einbauküche. Auch für den Erstvorrat ist gesorgt.

Das geräumige Wohn/Esszimmer ist gemütlich und in warmen Farben gestaltet. Die Finca verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer; jedes hat ein eigenes Bad. Eins befindet sich im Erdgeschoss; das zweite Schlafzimmer mit Ankleide und Zugang zur oberen Terrasse liegt im ersten Obergeschoss.

Im Sommer findet auf Mallorca das Leben draußen statt. Deshalb ist in CASA SON MOJA der Außenbereich besonders schön. Die Terrasse, die von der Küche aus direkt begehbar ist, ist großzügig und ausgestattet mit einem runden Esstisch mit vier Stühlen sowie zwei Liegen mit Sonnenschirm. Hier können Sie frühstücken, auf der Sonnenliege relaxen oder im Whirl Pool chillen; auch im Winter, denn das Wasser ist geheizt.

Der runde Jacuzzi ist in einer Holzterrasse eingebettet und verfügt über verschiedene Sprudelfunktionen. Direkt nebenan befindet sich die Außendusche. Und an den lauen Sommerabenden wird der Grill angemacht. Dann kann sich jeder das grillen, was er auf dem Wochenmarkt in Santanyí eingekauft hat.

Das Haus verfügt über einen gemütlichen Holzofen und jedes Zimmer hat fest eingebauten Klimageräte, die sich individuell kalt oder warm einstellen lassen. Somit ist die Villa auch während der kälteren Jahreszeit eine tolle Urlaubsbleibe; sogar für mehrere Wochen zu besonderen Konditionen.

The place was wonderful and not far from the beach or the old town. It was very clean and cosy. Had all of the necessary equipment and utensils in the kitchen and outside grill. Angeline was extremely helpful throughout the entire process from booking to restaurant recommendations and checkout.Only thing I would recommend are new shower curtains in both baths.
