Casa Maria Elena by dracmallorca
This pretty little house has a ground and first floor. On the ground floor you will find 2 double bedrooms, bathroom, spacious living-dining area with satellite TV, a well-equipped kitchen and a covered and a sun terrace. On the first floor, which can be reached via an external staircase, there are 2 more double bedrooms, a bathroom and a very bright living area with sea views and a small terrace. Outside there is a round above-ground pool and a brick grill. The house is located in a residential area of Cala Santanyí and in just 5 minutes you can walk to the fine sandy beach of Cala Santanyi.
Cala Santanyi beach is ideal for families with children, as it has large areas to play and enters the sea relatively flat. On the beach there are sun loungers, umbrellas for rent and you can also go diving.
The town of Santanyí is only 3 km away. There are numerous shops, ATMs, pharmacies, many restaurants and bars and the popular weekly market every Wednesday and Saturday. In just 5 minutes by car you can reach the picturesque fishing port of Cala Figuera.
The tourist tax is not included in the price and has to be paid separately.

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage, Strandnähe. Allerdings wären Deckenventilatoren im Schlafbereich sinnvoll, daher 1 Punkt Abzug. Ansonsten top.
