We had a greak room wirh a balcony facing the sea. The breakfast was excellent and the staff service was outstanding. The onlycomplaint that we had was that the air conditioning was not working properly and we were not able to bring the room temperature below 25 C making it unbearable to have a good night sleep. We finillay opened the window to tge sea andwe finallyhot some relief.

Best Location in Santander and Gina the best.

Clean Room, awesome breakfast and great location. Great stay in our first time in Santander. Gina make a difference on front desk. All the Gina suggestions were perfect. All the staff need to be like Gina. Thanks for an awesome service. Fully recommended!

Overall my stay was excellent. Staff were excellent. The room had a stunning view. The room on the 2nd floor was quite noisy . It could do with soundproofing. Bathroom could do with decorating.

The only thing is that due to its location the parking is complicated and smelly, we just left the car in there to the last day. The breakfast buffet was just good, but they don’t clean the used tables, so we moved the dirty dishes ti another table to be able to seat where we want, and you need to ask for juice etc; the staff were good and nice, but what happen is that there’re only two workers; they moved fast and wanted to help everyone but there were much of guest for only two staff. On the other hand Marea Alta has great menu and the staff was very professional and friendly; the paella was exquisite, I recommend it.

Location is very good. NIce walk and restaurants around. We also had a lot of free parking around hotel. Staff was very nice to us even gave me an upgrade and they wished me happy birthday at check out they remembers. Nice touch.
