Leider nicht wie erwartet

Insgesamt waren wir von der Unterkunft sehr enttäuscht und haben sie nach 2 von eigentlich 5 geplanten Nächten vorzeitig verlassen. Der Check-in war problemlos, die Kommunikation lief über WhatsApp. Beim Betreten des Grundstücks ist uns direkt aufgefallen, dass die Bilder des Inserats nicht mehr aktuell sind (z.B. kein Garten mit Rasen mehr vorhanden, stattdessen alles zugepflastert; keine Außenküche mehr vorhanden; Dachterasse nicht möbiliert). Die Innenräume hatten einen sehr starken, unangenehmen Geruch, der selbst nach mehreren Stunden lüften nicht verflogen ist. Insbesondere Decken, Kissen, Handtücher, Bettwäsche rochen extrem unangenehm. Das Kinderzimmer war aufgrund des starken Geruchs unbenutzbar. Zudem empfanden wir das Appartment insgesamt als sehr unhygienisch und schmutzig. Insbesondere der Kühlschrank war an vielen Stellen braun verdreckt. Auch Ablageflächen fühlten sich klebrig an. Die Sauberkeit im Bad war hingegen in Ordnung. Der Ofen in der Küche war nicht benutzbar. Auch fanden ab ca 7 Uhr morgens (auch samstags) laute Bauarbeiten auf dem Nachbargrundstück statt, sodass keine Erholung möglich war. Nach der 2. Nacht sind wir spontan in ein Hotel umgezogen, da der Aufenthalt nicht länger für uns tragbar war. Wir können nur dringend von einem Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft abraten. Auf unserer Reise durch Sardinien waren wir in insgesamt 4 Unterkünften, diese hier war die einzige Enttäuschung und der Preis unserer Meinung nach nicht gerechtfertigt.
