Unit Layout
You will find a cozy 4-room house that spans 120 square meters, offering simple and comfortable furnishings. The living/dining room features an open-hearth fireplace (for decorative purposes only), a TV, and a fan. It has an exit leading to the terrace. There is one room equipped with 1 x 3 bunk beds and a fan, and another room with 2 beds and a fan. Additionally, there is a double bedroom with a shower and toilet. This bedroom has an exit leading to the veranda. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, 4 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, and a microwave. It also has an exit leading to the terrace. There is a separate shower area with a bidet and toilet. Please note that the property does not have a heating system.

Amenities Included
The property offers a balcony, a large roofed terrace, and a garden area. Outdoor furniture and a barbecue are provided for your convenience. You can enjoy partial views of the sea and the garden from the premises.
