Casa arredata funzionale. Si trova al secondo piano di un complesso di solo quattro appartamenti in Via Marco Polo, Località Ruoni, poco distante dal paese di Santa Teresa di Gallura. E' dotata di soggiorno con angolo cottura (frigo, forno, macchina caffè), un bagno con doccia, bidet, lavatrice e phon. L'appartamento è costituito da una camera matrimoniale e una camerina piccola con 1 divano letto da una piazza e mezzo, raggiungibile tramite il balcone della camera matrimoniale. Completa la casa un bel terrazzo abitabile dove pranzare o cenare con una bellissima vista. Il parcheggio si trova proprio sotto casa ed è privato ma non coperto.
