We have been coming to Seaside and then Watercolor since 1999. We like staying in different homes each year. Love riding bikes with my grandkids and family. Love the many things to do in Watercolor. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Thank you for the smooth reservation process!

Furnishings were very dirty and needed to be cleaned. Kitchen was poorly equipped..
House and furnishings were not as expected. Kitchen did not have adequate glassware, flatware etc for number it sleeps. Carriage house had spoiled and stinky milk in refrigerator, it had not been cleaned. It is not a luxury rental and I would never consider renting it again or using the rental agency. I was told the day of arrival after calling about carriage house they would refund money and I could find somewhere else. Great customer service. Cannot change response at beginning

Beautiful Home!
Perfect home for our big family! Everyone could spread out, gather in the kitchen and cook together or hang out on the porch. My only suggestion is to have the kitchen better stocked. It was a challenge to cook sometimes. Thanks!
