DETAILS: Located in the private, gated community of WaterSound, "Beach Blessings" is a spacious 6-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home and carriage house that can sleep 14. It's only 500 yards away from unobstructed beach access from Deer Lake State Park, easily accessible by the home's golf cart or bikes. Find a ping pong and pool table in the garage and rinse off in the outdoor shower after a long day at the beach. The open kitchen and living room are the perfect place for everyone to sit back and relax. The chef's kitchen has 2 ovens, stainless steel appliances, and a bar area. The dining table can seat 8 for a meal. The primary bedroom is down the hall and features a king bed and attached bathroom with a shower. There is also a queen bedroom with a shared bathroom.

An additional living area is on the second floor that opens up to a porch with more seating. There are also 3 guest rooms on this floor. The first features a queen bed that shares a bathroom with the king guest room next door. There is also a bunk room with a twin-over-twin bunk bed and 2 twin built-in beds. The spiral staircase leads to a third-floor loft with wooded views and more seating space.
