Welcome to Life is Golden - a dreamy getaway on the 30A coastline! Tucked away in the Serenity at Dune Allen the home is set among the towering sand dunes that gives the neighborhood its name. This home is a beauty! 3.5 bedroom 3.5 bathroom home offering cozy coastal details with ultimate comfort in mind - you have ample indoor gathering space, plus THREE outdoor living spaces that are perfect for relaxing and entertaining with family and friends! Sleeps 12 comfortably.

Highlights:
• Kitchen: Spacious and large! Plenty of space for the whole crew to hang while the chef makes the magic happen. You're fully equipped to cook at home, but also, plenty of space for takeout as well! The kitchen features Whirlpool stainless steel appliances, expansive counter space, and a huge kitchen island. Bar seating for 7! You have 3 on the kitchen island and 4 more at the end of the kitchen counter space. Get your caffeine fix in the morning (or afternoon!) with our double Keurig and Drip coffee maker.
• Dining: When dinner is ready, enjoy with family and friends at the 8-seater dining table. This, combined with the kitchen island seating, can accommodate 15 guests for dinner!
• Living Room: Unwind in style in the large living room, furnished with 4 oversized chairs and a cozy couch. Ocean coastal details are spread throughout the home. You can almost feel the ocean breeze!

• Outdoor Balcony: Located off of the kitchen is one of the true highlights of the home. This space offers a couch, cozy chairs, an outdoor TV, and a 6 seater dining table to grab dinner al fresco under the stars. The view's not too shabby either!
• Outdoor Grill: Tucked away in the fenced in patio. Perfect for BBQ enthusiasts, complete with additional seating, (including 6 Adirondack style lounge chairs) and a FIRE PIT!
• Front Porch: Relax on the front porch with 4 more Adirondack lounge chairs, providing more space for enjoying the coastal breeze.

Neighborhood: Serenity at Dune Allen! Brand new community situated right by the brand-new beach access at Dune Allen. (Think: new restrooms, ramp all the way to the beach, and parking!) We're in the western end of 30A where the neighborhood provides easy access to the amazing restaurants and unique boutique shopping in Gulf Place. Plus, scenic bike and foot paths, as well as some of the most beautiful golf courses the Gulf Coast has to offer. Easy access to Highway 98 allows you to explore nearby Destin or Panama City Beach, as well as proximity to the Northeast Florida Beaches International airport.

Other things to note:
- Parking is available in the driveway for 2 vehicles. There is no street parking available.
- The word is out! 30A is one of Florida's best vacation spots. Unfortunately, more visitors means less parking options. Additional parking spaces are the responsibility of the renter. We recommend looking into nearby storage facilities who offer long term parking options in their lots.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this.
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
