Steps away from Watercolor Tennis & Pickleball Center featuring Har-Tru tennis courts, 5 communal pools including access to the Watercolor Beach Club and Pool. Boathouse is a 10 minute walk .Publix and shops just a 5 minute walk. 5 minute ride or 15 minute walk/ bike ride to the most beautiful beach, restaurants and retail shops . A Car is not needed there is a free shuttle that runs throughout the development and Publix. 2 Yolo Beach Bikes are available for use.

Great accommodations! The neighborhood is not well lit at night and the trolley didn’t run after 7pm so we were happy we had rented a car to get around. We attended a wedding at the Lakehouse and would have had problems only relying on Uber to get around Watercolor. We loved the nearby walking paths during the day and especially appreciated having a parking pass so that we could park near the beach and the Lakehouse area!

We spent spring break week at the carriage house. So much to do in Watercolor and surrounding area. Highly recommend 30A and Tom & Leslie’s property. Two bikes provided and two wristbands for beach club. Be sure to inquire about best restaurants in area - excellent recommendations!
