We had a wonderful stay at Lollygag. The location is absolutely perfect- a short walk to pretty much everything. There was room for everyone to rest and relax. The backyard is almost indescribably perfect! We had lots of pool time. There were only a few snags- the fridge doesn’t cool as much as it should, so unless it was early in the morning, our drinks were not as cold as we’d like. The bathroom door in the middle room is cute, but isn’t super practical with teenagers The hanging lights out front need some bulbs replaced. And the whole place could use a good, deep clean- we found lots of old food remnants as we opened the sofa bed. Overall, our stay was wonderful, and we would highly recommend this place in beautiful Grayton.

We had a great long weekend in Grayton Beach. The house is small but comfortable. The girls loved swimming in the pool and the adults enjoyed the screened in front porch. The walk to the beach is an easy 2-3 minutes. We had dinner at The Red Bar and a great brunch!

Loved our stay! Perfect location, great for families!

We loved our stay. Everything was mostly clean. Updated home and furniture. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking at home. The only down fall was the dryer did not work and there were tiny ant beds in the brick around the pool, so we had to be careful with our kids. The only other thing I might suggest for extra safety of families with small children is adding a gate between the deck and the pool. That would be extra insurance a small child couldn’t get to the pool deck if the kitchen door was left open. Overall, we had a great time, though and would definitely stay again!

Awesome family beach trip!

We had great trip Grayton Beach with our family of 5 and my parents. House was great. Loved sitting on the front (screened-in) porch. The private pool and backyard were a huge hit. 1 min walk to Red Bar and Chiringos! We’ll be back!

Easy Beach Trip

Can’t beat location. Perfect arrangement for family with 4 kids under 10. Short walk to beach in the morning, then back to house for lunch and pool in afternoon when beach gets busier. Front porch is perfect place to relax. Grayton Beach is gorgeous and more laid back than Seaside. Would definitely book again. Only hiccup was the lack of WiFi access. Sent a couple messages to property manager but was never given password. Because of this we couldn’t get one of the TVs working. Not a huge deal, but would have been nice to have. In the future I wonder if an RV hookup could be added in the backyard to accommodate a smaller camper? This would be the perfect spot for grandparents to join next time…
