Starting in the front desk Jean Paul was very welcoming he made us feel very happy since the beginning and also he explained us all about the hotel, the restaurants and the bars and the entertainment. All the staf were very gentle. This hotel is beautiful, clean, food is really good. We definitely come back.

Primero me llegò un email diciendo que el pago no se habia podido procesar y que debia contactarme con el hotel. Lo tratamos de hacer antes del viaje, pero fue imposible. Al llegar, la habitacion no contaba con el tipo de acomodaciòn que reservamos. En la plataforma se informa que el cobro es un valor pero en el hotel al momento de pagar nos cobraron màs dinero. No recomiendo que se compre o reserve por Hotels.com
