Spacious Eco-Friendly Perch

This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home is super energy efficient and eco-friendly. Large windows admit beautiful light throughout the home and exquisite views create a peaceful, on-top-of-the-world ambiance. A chef's work-in kitchen, large dining table, and comfortable living room, along with relaxing outdoor spaces, complete the package. This house is located along a steep and windy road and when we have snow and the temperatures dip below freezing a section of the road can be icy and dangerous. If you are planning to visit in winter please check in with me prior to arrival to gauge the state of the road; we do not want guests, our housecleaners or anyone else to encounter dangerous conditions and might ask you to cancel your booking if the road is icy in order to ensure that you and your travel-mates will be able to get up and down the road safely. In seasons other than the below-zero days of winter when there is snow and ice on the road there is no problem getting up and down to and from the house.

Santa Fe Stay

My husband and I stayed in this property with my sister and her husband. The owner is very responsive. Check in is easy and the property is comfortable. The views are beautiful. We used the grill and easily found a replacement propane tank when the one we were using ran out. We had no problems with the kitchen appliances. The coffee pot did overflow when we tried it but we had brought one so we used this one. The driveway has a steep incline so take care in maneuvering your car. We enjoyed our stay and found the property was represented well.

Great experience, awesome property

Completely surpassed expectations!! Immaculate property, very well furnished--had everything we needed and more. Views were spectacular too--be sure to check out stars. Bonnie was very attentive/quick response. Driveway a bit of a challenge. Would definitely return.🙂

Wonderful

Beautiful place, clean with very comfortable beds and in a perfect area of Santa Fe. In the foothills but with a lovely view of downtown, especially with the lights at night. Quiet and secluded but a short drive to town with all the things to do there. Very easy communication with Bonnie, friendly and very helpful, much appreciated. We had a great stay here.

Fabulous!

My family and I stayed during Christmas (all adults). We had a fantastic time. The house is spacious and worked for our needs. The view is spectacular. The kitchen is well stocked - It was great to be able to cook Christmas dinner. The property is within 15 minutes of downtown - lots of arts, stores, restaurants, and museums. The owner was very welcoming. I felt I could contact her at any time if there were any problems.
