Beautiful property … amazing staff I think that is the most valuable asset of this four seasons. B they made our stay wonderful and went out of their way to make us comfortable.. highly recommend it .

When I asked the front desk questions, they were very apathetic and lacked customer service. Completely different from any other Four Seasons I’ve visited before. It took me hours to have clean towels brought to our room, and dirty dishes were never taken on replenished from our room (like coffee mugs).

Would not recommend this property given the price - poorly managed, grounds are weedy and unkept, no sundry store, no service after 10pm and the pool deck is lackluster. Casitas are very nice and housekeeping was very responsive. Stay at the Bishop’s Lodge - beautiful property with excellent staff.

Accommodating and friendly

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Beautiful views. Heated outdoor pool, we swam in the March rain.
