The bed was OK. The bathroom was OK. Dinner was supposed to be avaliable starting at 5:00 - no dinner. A light breakfast was supposed to be avaliable at 7:00 am - no breakfast. We got 2 happy hour drinks (the bar was open) and were initially charged over $30 - the bartender didn’t know how to use the system to charge for drinks apparently. It took about 15 minutes to straighten it out. At least the bed was comfortable.

An opportunity for improvement…

Could have given you five stars if the room had not lacked some inconveniences. Even though the rooms are small which, of course, is not uncommon for an older motel, there would be enough space for a small table and two chairs. Please consider this a recommendation for an opportunity for improvement. I am sure most of your guests would appreciate this. Everything else was great! Excellent breakfast, friendly staff, hotel decoration and cleanliness, safety for guests etc. etc.

After confirming my reservation and a late check in by text and then talking in person with the manager of the hote the same day as my arrival,confirming and arranging a late check-in, I arrive to find that my room had been given to someone else and that they did not have any vacancy. I insisted that they find me another room in town and pay for it which they did do.

Traveling Solo with dog feels safe and comfy

The Mystic is a well-maintained western themed motel that i discovered by chance and have returned to because of its safety and charm. The motel area is gated and fenced, so I like having my car next to my room and a large area for walking my dog around their popular outdoor garden wedding/music venue. Excellent value.

Cute stay but a bit loud

Loved the grounds so much. I wanted to love the room but did not. Breakfast was more than decent. Decor was cute. Staff was great. Did not get a chance to see the live music.

Quirky, unique, artistic hotel with clean rooms and nice grounds. Back of hotel is a venue that has a small stage, fireplace seating area and a few other gathering places with a trailer that serves cocktails and food during events. Inside the office is a spacious dining area with indoor/outdoor seating, full bar for happy hour and a nice breakfast included with the room price. Very nice!

Never going back

The room was so disappointing because although it was clean it is an older motel and the aminities were not good. Towels were old and ac unit was very noisy and the bed was very uncomfortable. Went to the lobby at 9am for coffee and it had not been made yet. For the amount of money they charge it should have been a much nicer place to stay. I will never go back.
