Conveniently located just six blocks away from the historic Santa Fe Plaza, this studio offers a comfortable stay. It features a queen-size bed, a walk-in closet, and a fully private bathroom with a spacious tub (jet tubs are not available). The studio boasts adobe walls adorned with genuine diamond plaster, solid hardwood floors, and a fully equipped kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a compact refrigerator, an electric oven, a microwave, a small table with two chairs, a Le Corbusier lounge chair, a flat-screen TV, internet access, and a fully enclosed patio. This patio provides an outdoor dining or working area, complete with a barbecue grill (please request the grill with 24 hours’ notice). Our stay was nice, the casita had everything we needed for a short stay. Parking is an issue and you do have to park about a block or so away from the house which was only an issue when you are packing/unpacking.

Cozy and private

Clean, cozy and quiet. Within walking distance to Santa Fe Plaza, but we chose to drive because it was a hot day. The bed was comfortable, everything worked properly, good coffee provided. I gave the check in process four stars because it is a little confusing, finding parking and then accessing the property. We were glad the host was there to help us. She also recommended some great places to eat. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Location, location, location

Walking to plaza, railyard, canyon art walk. Many fantastic restaurants. Great neighborhood with security. We were able to park inside the security gate which is an available option if the other property rental is not occupied. Highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful sanctuary close to downtown

I loved the amazing feeling of feeling like I was in a sanctuary while being a very quick walk to downtown. I stayed for 4 days without a car, and walked everywhere needed. The location was perfect for this. I loved how quiet the location was. I was able to meet Veronica and she is very kind, generous, and accommodating. this is also how I learned about the history of the property (with the roots intact and also modernized), and her background. Everything in the space has been given very intentional thought for a special experience. It's also rooted enough to feel like a home away from home. I will definitely stay again when I return to the enchanted land! Thank you, Veronica, for such a special place to be part of my experiences in Santa Fe!

Great Stay!

Our stay at West Guadalupe was wonderful! The studio was clean and comfortable. It had a private little courtyard and was stocked with all necessary amenities. The location was so close to everything - less than 5 minutes by car! The host, Veronica, was very kind and helpful. She responded quickly to our messages and gave great tips for the area. We would definitely stay here again!

A little more host attention would be good.

While this unit was listed as being close to downtown, it actually is about 15 minutes walk away. The unit was nice, but the main gate didn't work and key directions were not clear or in one place. That's an easy fix, but it made our stay more difficult that something were in a book, and other information required us to go into an online site for basic information.
