Staff was great. The hot water NEVER got hot. It was luke warm at best. The hotel in general was run down. Carpets were stained and dirty. We found a flea in our bed.

I was locked out of my room and went to lobby to get a new key, the new key door not work. The employee had to switch out the batteries to the door and was not able to. I had to go to a new room without my luggage for a couple of hours until they could get the door open. I was not able to go to sleep until late and I had an early morning.

Very clean, stylish and comfortable! The front desk person went out of his way to get me into a quiet room when i told him I'm a sensitive sleeper. Prices are reasonable for Santa Fe. Will definitely be coming back.

Room dated but clean. Minor issues in room. Refrigerator missing a leg and sink stopper messed up. Jacuzzi was out of order indoor pool smelled of strong chlorine Breakfast good.

Outdated and there is a bit a older smell from the cleaning productd used. But overall pretty good stay. Customer service was excellent. Helped me resolve a booking error. Positive minded and professional. I honestly would stay here again due to customer service experience and location.
